The Welu Home Team (formerly the Joe and Cindy Team) has set the pace for sales performance in many neighborhoods and remains a top home seller. Cindy now works side by side with her daughter Farrah. Having had the privilege to assist and help buyers and sellers with their real estate dreams and goals, they have developed a client care experience and process to make each client know they and their needs are priority, always. Creative marketing and a proactive approach to the home buying & selling process are key attributes driving top results and success for their clients.

Cindy specializes in listing homes. Her clients appreciate her dedicated work ethic and commitment to their goals. With a BA in Public Relations & working previously in marketing, she continues to educate herself in real estate trends year after year to give her clients the edge. Designations earned include ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), e-PRO (Professional in Technology), PME (Property Marketing Expert), and CCE (Certified Community Expert). She is currently in the process of obtaining her MRP (Military Relocation Professional) designation. As a veteran herself, she values their commitment and sacrifice and wants to be able to give back and serve them best as they transfer to MN or adjust out of the military. Cindy also holds a Real Estate Broker's License, holding her to a higher standard of customer service.

With a BS in Hospitality Management, Farrah understands client care, customer service and the need for a smooth, less stress and results focused experience. She brings a fresh energy and loves helping buyers find their perfect home match. She especially loves walking first time home buyers through the process - it's exciting to buy your first home!
