About Timm
I started my career in 1980, not as a realtor but as a pilot for Republic Airlines. As a new hire I
was on reserve, always waiting for that call to be assigned a trip. I had a lot of spare time, so a friend
asked if I’d like to get my real estate license and help him with his business. So, I decided to give it a try and the rest is history. I have now been in the real estate business since 1982. I worked with this friend as his buyers agent and also assisted with listings for several years. I love working with people in all aspects of real estate from buying to listing to investing. I would love to be your agent! If you are looking to buy outside of Minnesota, I have great real estate agents in South Carolina, Florida and Hawaii.
